Bob Shaghafi
President and Chief Executive Officer
Bob Shaghafi serves as Chief Executive Officer of Global SemiFab Solutions, LLC, a company he co-founded with the other members of the management team. Mr. Shaghafi's strong proactive leadership style is based on over two decades of domestic and international strategic work in numerous semiconductor and high-tech companies; including, EG Systems (formerly Electroglas, Inc., Fujitsu Interconnect Technology, and Ciena Communications (Formerly Cyras Systems), GaSonics International and KLA Tencor. At these companies he was an integral leader in sales, business development, customer support and field operations resulting in successful revenue increases and operating efficiencies that affected the bottom line. Mr. Shaghafi is highly experienced in key Asia / Pacific Rim, European, and American markets. His wide ranging experience in account penetration, team building, staff training, customer and field service will be used in developing and implementing the wide range of customer focused solutions for Global SemiFab Solutions, LLC.
Mr. Shaghafi holds a B.S. in Engineering from Arizona State University.
Stanley Chan
Chief Operating Officer
Stanley Chan held various senior engineering and business management positions at ASML (formerly SVG), Applied Materials, Lam Research, and General Signals. He was a key member in the successful design and introduction of ProCellTM (ASML), Model 610i RTP machine (AGA), Model 200 track system (GSX), and Precision 7010 epitaxial reactor (AMAT).
He is an expert in the field of product development with more than 25 years of experience, and he has more than 10 years of experience in global operations management establishing and managing overseas engineering, manufacturing, and technical support teams. He was a co-founder and the CTO of Wonder Systems and Royal Iris. He is a technical advisor and co-investor of various hi-tech start-up companies: Dielectric Systems, Blue29, 4 State Technologies, Phoenix Solar (USA), Zotus, Altrex LLC, and etc. He holds engineering and management degrees from UC Berkeley and Golden Gate University, and he has done post-graduate studies at University of Southern California, California Coast University, and Stanford University.
